Lyonesse (Lionness)

A 6 x 6″ drawing of the transfixing gaze of a lioness using Faber Castell Polychromos pencil on 360 gsm Pastelmat paper. Lyonesse is the name of the kingdom of Arthurian mythology. I liked the loose linguistic coincidence between the lengendary king (or queen) of the jungle and a legendary kingdom, particularly as lions aren't native to either the jungle or the Cornish coast!

The artwork is signed on the front and a catalogued certificate of authenticity is attached to the back. The drawing will be carefully packaged and dispatched quickly. I use a tracked and fully insured courier service (usually DHL or UPS).
